2012 Black WR This Cats Smart Filly
Cash In This Cat, "Magpie," is one of the classiest looking horses you will ever lay your eyes on.
She is by WR This Cats Smart (LTE $236,514) who is one of the hottest young sires in both cutting and cow horse events. In 2012 he was the #1 NRCHA and #2 NCHA Junior sire and in 2015 he was a NCHA and NRCHA Leading Sire and his foals have now earned over $8 million dollars. He earned $236,514 himself.
She is out of Dashing Starlight, who is an NCHA money earner and producer of 4 money earners including Hare E Lil Spyder (LTE $28,000). Dashing Starlight is by Grays Starlight, whose offspring have earned over $8 million.
Magpie is a naturally talented mare. She has a very quick turnaround and a very pretty lope and is an awesome cow horse. She is in training with Zane Davis and just missed the finals at the Snaffle Bit Futurity last year. We put her in straight cutting training with Mike Giannini for the summer to help her settle down a little and she won over $6,000 in just a few smaller shows. She could be a world class cutter, but for the next year or two we hope that she is the very best cowhorse in the world.

2013 gelding palomino son of A Shiner Named Sioux
At just a couple of months old in Texas |
Watch Me Sioux is a fancy colt By A Shiner Named Sioux and out of a daughter of Playin Stylish. This colt is built just like you want them to be and he has a gorgeous head. His half brother is a money earner of around $5,000 and he took 3rd in the URCHA Open Futurity.
His sire, A Shiner Named Sioux, has over $154,000 LTE in reining and cow horse. He was the AQHA World Champion Junior Working Cow Horse. He just sold for $850,000 and has a long life as a sire ahead of him. His oldest foals are 3-yr-olds of 2014.
This gelding has a pedigree that will lead to a very versatile horse. This is the perfect cross of a pretty moving reining horse with a quick cutter.
We already trained one colt by A Shiner Named Sioux and we are so impressed with him that we went and bought this guy.
Watch Me Sioux has about 200 rides. He is very smart and smooth and naturally carries his head low and collected. He is starting to stop well and can spin well also. His best attribute are his disposition and his mind. Nothing rattles him and he always so calm.

2011 Mare by Hydrive Cat
Driven Gal is a stout filly with the typical huge Hydrive Cat back end. She is so well built and compact she is a fantastic cutting prospect. She is an own daughter of Hydrive Cat (LTE $416,709, 2006 NCHA Futurity Reserve Champion). Hydrive Cat's offspring's first show year was 2012 and they have already won over $3 million. He was the 2012 Freshman Sire of the Year.
The
bottom side of this pedigree is equally as impressive as the top side.
This filly is out of a money earning daughter of TR Dual Rey and her
2nd and 3rd dam's have won over $215,000 combined and have offspring
earnings combined of more than $1 million.
Driven Gal was started in Reined Cow Horse training in December 2012. She still gets some dry work done occasionally so she can do cow horse and ranch competition later on in her career, but right now she is focusing on cutting, as it is clearly what she's best at. In her first cutting show of her career she took 2nd out of 12 horses the first day and 4th out of 12 the 2nd day in the Open Derby and earned about $500. She can get a check any show she goes to and is only needs a week or two to get ready so no need to keep her in full time training. She has earned over $3000 and hasn't been to many shows.
